Brief description

Frederick University’s new wing buildinglocated in Palouriotissa, Nicosia, Cyprus, serves as a pilot facility for the project and the calculation of the Smart Readiness Indicator. This building, with a longitude of 33°22’46.70” E and latitude of 35°10’46.20” N, encompasses a total area of approximately 2,100 square meters and a volume of about 7,100 cubic meters including its basement. Constructed in 2007, the building is strategically designed with a basement parking area of 450 square meters, a ground floor of 545 square meters that houses the university’s cafeteria, and two upper floors, each with an area of 545 square meters. The first floor is dedicated to three seminar halls with a capacity to accommodate 220 students, while the second floor consists of various offices. The building’s total capacity is designed to accommodate up to 390 individuals.
